Delete your account
For the Finby mobile and web apps
Enter the email address associated with your Finby account below to request permanent deletion of your account and data. We'll email you a confirmation once your request is received.
What gets deleted
Your profile, transactions, budgets, financial accounts, investment holdings, chat history, and any other personal data tied to your account are permanently removed.
How long it takes
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Once complete, your data cannot be recovered. If you sign in during this window, contact us and we can cancel the request.
What we may keep
We may retain a limited set of records where we're legally required to — for example, transaction receipts for tax purposes or data needed for fraud prevention. Anything else is deleted or anonymized.
Changed your mind?
If you submitted a request by mistake, reply to the confirmation email or contact us at support@finby.app before the 30-day window ends and we'll cancel it.
